About Kevy

Kevy (he/him/his) has been serving as the medical director of Stepping Stone Pediatrics since 2012.

Kevy received his pediatric primary care training from Yale University (2011) and Global Health & Infectious Disease training from the University of Edinburgh (2021). Kevy’s past research projects have included the uptake of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine in Adolescent Males; and the impact of the Islamic Law (Shari'a) in the uptake rate of HPV vaccine in Malaysia and Indonesia.

In recent times, Kevy and his team have been heavily involved in the programming, procurement, and administration of the COVID-19 vaccines not only in the communities where Stepping Stone Pediatrics are located but in different areas of King County -- with special emphasis on ensuring easy access to the COVID-19 vaccines in the socially vulnerable areas in the county.

In his spare time, Kevy spends time with his four pet chinchillas -- Muffin, Brownie, Donut and Fiona. Having been to nearly 100 countries to-date, Kevy enjoys traveling to new and exotic places (ask him about his recent trips!). He also loves taking a stroll outdoor when the weather permits and gardening. Most recently, Kevy is working hard to fulfill his childhood dream of becoming a pilot!
