Our online scheduling system provides a real-time availability of our providers. We allocate a certain time slot each day for a new patient appointment. In most instances, we should be able to schedule you to be seen within 1-2 business days.
What is your office's vaccine policy?

How can I transfer my child's record to Stepping Stone Pediatrics from the previous pediatrician's office?
Super easy! Complete an secure online form to authorize us to request these confidential records, and we will take care of the leg work for you.
What does your office do in response to the COVID-19 outbreak?
We are proud to be one of the first offices in the area to carefully screen our patients for any symptoms of COVID-19. We quickly implemented infection control protocols in the early stages of the outbreak. Our complete COVID-19 response plan can be viewed here.
Can I meet your clinician before my baby is born?
Yes! In fact, we strongly encourage parents-to-be to schedule a complimentary meet & greet appointment -- either in person and/or virtually. This is a great way to get acquainted with our office and our clinicians. During this visit, we will answer any questions that you have about our clinic or your new child, to see if we would be a good fit for your family.
How often should my child be seen?
Your child should not only see us for an illness, but also for well child care exams regularly, beginning in infancy. These routine visits provide the best opportunity for us to observe the progress of your child's physical and mental growth and development; to counsel and teach parents; to detect problems through screening tests; to provide immunizations, and to get to know one another.
What is the best way to schedule an appointment with your office?

- Appointments that are canceled within 2 hours prior to the appointment is considered a no-show, also subject to a $75 no-show penalty.
